About Ben
After graduating in Germany, Ben started his IT Management career 2009 in China, where he helped to ensure the implementation of the first German speaking User Helpdesk in Asia, featured in CIO Magazine, for T-Systems China.
He moved back to Germany in 2012 and worked for some years in several leadership roles for an IT Service Provider.
In 2016 he started freelancing in IT Management, before he solely founded RHEINELEMENT® Management Consulting GmbH in 2018 with zero capital. He continued to work for clients as Management Consultant, while building up the company.
Now, living in Austin, Texas, with his American family, he anticipates being able to continue his global experience to bring value to your next undertaking.

As a Management Consultant Ben recently helped over three years to transform a 300+ employee business unit of a top German insurance company by managing the customer's comprehensive Asian outsourcing & service design initiative.
Ben built and managed RHEINELEMENT® Management Consulting GmbH until summer 2022, now a €3 million consulting firm in Germany by himself, before he transfered the management to Robert Lehmkühler. The Start-Up has been honored by Great Place to Work® in 2022 as a top-tier workplace in three different categories.
